The service
Scarves.si recommends styles and links to live searches at independent sellers. We do not sell goods, take payment, or fulfill orders. Prices, shipping, returns and sizing are set by each seller.
AI previews
Try-on results and styled “Looks” are AI-generated previews, not photographs of real products or guaranteed fit. They are labeled accordingly. Do not treat them as exact items for sale.
Photos of other people
You may only upload photos of yourself or of an adult who agreed. No minors, no non-consensual images of real people, and no content barred by our content policy.
Affiliate disclosure
Links to Etsy, Nordstrom, ASOS, Amazon and other retailers may be affiliate links. If you buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those retailers, by Etsy, Inc., or by xAI.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse rate limits, attempt to extract API keys, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use the tools for unlawful content.
Limitation of liability
The sites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchases you make on third-party sites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the sites is limited to US $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
